From Excel payments to automated payment

This client asked to remain anonymous — we respect that choice, but wanted to share their story, since their starting point will feel familiar to many rubber and oil palm millers.

Before AGRISOFT-CI, this miller managed payments to growers and suppliers — calculating and settling what was owed for each delivery — entirely in Excel. One workbook, a pile of formulas, and a lot of wasted time.

The problem: an Excel file that couldn't keep up
